Meet Janet
Janet Nunez is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth 4 Sports, a non-profit organization aimed at assisting underserved youth by providing them with sports equipment and funding for league fees.
Janet was born in a low-resource town in the Dominican Republic and raised in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York. She grew up in a Dominican household, where education was highly valued. She attended college in New York and obtained a Paralegal Certification. She also obtained several certifications, including a Spanish Medical Interpreter and a Georgia State license as an Immigration Assistant Provider.
She is also the President and CEO of J&P Multiservices, where she assists low-income Latino immigrants filling out their immigration forms, so that they can legalize their status in the US. She is also a member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Janet is an active member of her community and volunteers for church and community events. She founded Youth 4 Sports in 2022 with the goal of advocating for change and giving opportunities to minority youths who have been affected by crime and violence.
